Orders shipping to Brazil require a CPF number to be sent to support@ramonpuig.com before shipment.

International Duties & Taxes
We understand that assessed duties can vary considerably based on the laws of the destination country. Since these charges are beyond our control, the recipient must assume all payment responsibility of any duties and taxes associated with the ship to country. At ramonpuig.com, our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you do not accept your international order, we will process your merchandise return and charge your card for the round-trip shipping costs.

Shipping to Canada
Orders shipping to Canada can ship through FedEx International Ground for a flat rate of $16. Orders shipping to Canada may also incur taxes and duties fees. If you have a question related to Canada customs and duties, please contact a Canada Border Services Agency office.

Shipping to Mexico
Mexico imposes significant tariffs on any products manufactured in China shipping from the United States. Since we don't have control over NAFTA regulations and international taxes, any tariffs imposed by importing into Mexico will become the responsibility of the international customer. If you have any questions related to Mexico customs, please contact the Mexican Federal Customs Agency.
